Energy and Investment Days 2026 will take place in Novi Sad, Serbia, on 14–15 October, bringing together energy companies, investors, project developers, technology providers, public authorities and international organisations from across the Western Balkans and Southeast Europe.
The 2026 event will mark the 15th edition of Energy and Investment Days, but with a renewed regional focus. The conference is being developed as a platform for connecting energy projects with investment, technology and financing opportunities across national borders. It is organised with the support of the Government of the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina.
While energy conferences often focus primarily on policy discussions and sector trends, Energy and Investment Days aims to place greater emphasis on practical cooperation and project development.
The programme will combine keynote discussions and project presentations with an international energy expo, startup activities and structured B2B matchmaking. The objective is to create opportunities for direct interaction between companies, investors, financial institutions, technology providers and public-sector stakeholders.
One of the central elements of the 2026 edition will be the Project Marketplace, a developing regional initiative designed to connect investment-ready projects with potential investors, technology partners and development organisations.
The regional approach reflects a broader reality of the energy transition in Southeast Europe. New generation capacity, electricity grids, storage, interconnections and major infrastructure projects increasingly depend on investment and cooperation that extend beyond individual national markets.
By bringing these actors together in Novi Sad, Energy and Investment Days 2026 aims to support new partnerships and strengthen connections between regional energy opportunities and international capital, expertise and technology.
